Cancellation Policy
*Cancellation Policy*
I understand life happens, but in the event you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly allow at least 48 hours. This allows your spot to be offered to another guest who is on the cancellation list. Unfortunately if repeated events occur or you no-show, a 50% deposit will be necessary to schedule any future appointments. This deposit will be applied to your upcoming scheduled service. If you cancel after the 48 hr window or no-show then your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits made for that service are not transferable to a future service. A new deposit will have to be made. All new clients booking a color service will be required to pay a 50% deposit.
*Revisions*
If for some reason you are unhappy with your results please make contact within 7 days. After 7 days there will be no alterations made from your service.
There will be no refunds made at any time. I will make any necessary alterations to meet your expectations within the original consultation goal. If you simply don't like what you originally requested, then another appointment can be scheduled at regular service rates.

In an effort to maintain a healthy environment, I kindly ask that if you are feeling ill to reschedule your appointment.
*Ala carte*
All services are ala carte. If you need multiply services (base color, haircut, wax, etc) please add each of them when booking online to your total appointment. This ensures we have enough time booked to satisfy all your beauty treatments. If you’re not sure what to book please don’t hesitate to ask! Extra product and/or excess timing will result in an additional charge. Complimentary consultations are also available to discuss your desired goals.
